Preparation and Usage
Serving... When goats' milk is heated at an Ultra High Temperature (UHT) to extend its keeping qualities, some of the proteins in the milk can settle out to the bottom of the pack. We suggest you gently shake the carton before use. The milk is best served chilled and can be used in exactly the same way as cows' milk: on cereal, in tea and coffee and in all your favourite recipes.
Storage
Delamere Dairy UHT Goats' Milk can be stored at room temperature. Once opened, treat as fresh milk; refrigerate and use within 3 days. See top of carton for 'Best Before' date.
