Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions Soak overnight in cold water. Allow 37g per serving. Rinse beans thoroughly and place in a large pan with fresh cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil rapidly for 10 minutes uncovered. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 - 40 minutes until tender. Ensure pan does not boil dry. After cooking: Drain well before serving.
