Lahori Chargha Recipe (Steamed Deep Fried Chicken). 1. Chicken 2 Skinless each Weighing about 750 gms make 5-6 deep slits on breast and Leg thighs. 2. Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon / 20 gms. 3. Lemon Juice 8 tablespoons / 4 lemons. 4. Oil 5 cups / 1 liter (for deep frying) 5. Laziza Lahori Chargha Masala One Bag. Easy Steps. 1. Mix Ginger, Lemon juice and Laziza Lahori Chargha Spice Mix. Apply it evenly over the chickens. Leaves it aside to marinate. Overnight in refrigerator or for 2-4 hours. 2. Steam the chicken in a steamer till tender. To steam in a deep pot place upside down a sieve or a steel plate. Pour one cup of water, place the chickens on the plate / sieve. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the chickens are fully tender. 3. Heat oil in a deep wok / karahi. Fry each chicken until crisp golden from all sides. Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle Laziza Chaat Masala and squeeze a lemon over the Chargha. Serve with Green Salad & Chatni / Tomato ketchup.
