Preparation and Usage

For the perfect rice it's as easy as 1) Rinse 60g of rice under cold running water. (We suggest 60g of uncooked rice per person). 2) Place rinsed rice in a large pan of boiling water. 3) Stir and bring to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until rice is tender. 4) Drain water, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes. 5) Fluff the cooked rice lightly with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately. Cooking appliances vary and these instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the rice is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Storage

Store rice in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture. Seal tightly after opening to maintain freshness. Best before end: see bottom of pack.
