Preparation and Usage

Ready Mix MTR Tip - Serve hot with potato saagu, sambar, green coconut chutney Cooking Directions 3 easy step recipe 1 Step 1+1 Sur curd Mix 1 measure (500 g) of MTR masala idli mix with 1 measure (approximately 750 g) of sour curd and keep aside for 1 minute. 2 Step Add 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves to the batter. Optional - Add 2 tbsp each of cut and parboiled carrots, cabbage, beans 2 Step Steam the batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame. Serve hot or use a microwave oven and steam the idlis for 3 minutes in a microwave safe vessel. - Use a dry spoon.
