Preparation and Usage

Ready mix Makes about 20-25 Dosa, Serves 10-12 MTR tip Serve hot with sambar, coconut chutney and potato curry. Cooking directions 3 easy step recipe 1 step Add 1 measure* of MTR dosa mix to 1 measure water and 1/2 measure of sour curd to form batter. Alternatively, form batter with 1 1/2 measure of water. 2 Set aside for 5 minutes. 3 Step Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown on medium flame and serve hot. *Measure means a cap or container of your choice.
