Preparation and Usage

Cooking instructions: 4-6 servings. Ingredients: 1 L water (4 cups), 5 ml salt (1 teaspoon), 500 ml Iwisa No1 Super Maize Meal: (2 cups). Instructions: Bring water and salt to the boil in a large pot. Add Iwisa No1 Super Maize Meal and stir thoroughly until smooth and cover with lid. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Stir occasionally. Daily intake: 100 g super maize meal (uncooked)

Once opened: Refrigerate in a sealed container. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened: place in a sealed container
