Easy to Cook Hard to Resist! Chicken White Karahi© Juicy Chicken in Mild White Sauce Shopping list: Chicken Meat 1 kg small cubes Green Chillies 1- 2 tbs, grounded Green Chillies, large 6-8, whole or thick slices Ginger Paste 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 6 tablespoons Green Coriander, 1 tablespoon, Chopped Yogurt, whipped 4 tablespoons / 50g Oil 1 cup / 175g Shan Chicken White Karahi Mix 1 packet Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix Shan Chicken White Karahi Mix, green chilli paste, ginger paste and yogurt in half a cup of water and apply to the chicken cubes. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil and add the marinated chicken cubes. Cook covered on low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Increase heat to high. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or till oil separates from the masala. 4. Add lemon juice, green chillies and green coriander. Stir, remove from heat and serve. Tips for Best Results Wash the chicken with 2 tablespoons white vinegar in half cup of water before use.
