Vegetable Curry© Spicy Vegetable Curry Ingredients Required Quantity & Preparation Single/Mixed Vegetables 500g, washed & prepared accordingly Onions 2 medium, finely sliced/200g Tomatoes 2-3 medium, finely chopped/200g Ghee/Oil 1/2 cup/85g Shan 2-3 tablespoons Vegetable Curry Mix (use less for mildhot) Steps of Cooking 1. In hot ghee/oil fry the onions for few minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for few minutes. 2. Add vegetables, Shan Vegetable Curry Mix and fry for few minutes. Stir and add desired quantity of water if necessary. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
