Steps of cooking 1. Apply 1 packet Shan fried chops mix on 2kg beaten and lat pieces of chops/Illets. Leave it aside for about 2 hours. 2. Heat 1 cup (175ml) oil/ghee and add the chops. Stir fry for few minutes. Then tightly cover the pot and cook on very low heat for 10-15 minutes. Do not overcook. Serving suggestion: Serve hot with French fries, green chutney and tomato sauce. Tips for best results: Use mutton or beef fillets: Undercut /fillet menu. Hammer the meat with a lat knife or kitchen hammer.
