Easy to Cook Hard to Resist! Special Brain© Shopping list: Brain, goat 2 nos./ 250g Onion, med 1 finely diced Garlic, paste 1 tablespoon Ginger 1 tbs fine strips/julienne Green Chilli 1-2 tablespoons, chopped Green Coriander 3 tbs, chopped Oil/Ghee 3/4 cup/100g Butter 2-3 tablespoons Shan Brain Masala 2 tablespoons/20g Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil the brain in water for 10 minutes and discard the water. Remove top lining on the brain and chop it into small pieces. 2. Heat oil/ ghee fry the onions until light golden. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and Shan Special Brain Masala mixed in 3 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the boiled brain and stir-fry continuously for about 5-7 minutes. 4. Add green coriander, butter and stir. Serve with naans.
