Chicken Ginger Recipe (Spice Mix for Chicken with Ginger) Boneless Chicken in small pieces 500-750 gms Yoghurt 1/2 cup (100 gms) Ginger (fine slices) 1/2 cup (about 3-4 inch piece) / 75gms Tomatoes (medium sized (cut in small pieces) 3-4 (150-200 gms) Green Chillies (medium) 4-6 chopped (as per your taste) Green Coriander (chopped) 1/2-1 cup / 1/2-1 bunch Ghee/Cooking Oil 1 cup Laziza Chicken Ginger Masala one bag only Easy Steps: 1. In a small utensil put Chicken pieces, Ginger slices and Tomatoes, cover & cook on medium or low flame, when water is about to dry, add ghee/cooking oil, Laziza Chicken Ginger Masala (one bag) & stir fry for few minutes. 2. Add yoghurt, green chillies (as per your taste) and cook until meat is tender and ghee/oil separates from masala. Garnish with chopped green coriander. Note: 1. For better taste add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup at the end i.e. before putting green coriander. 2. Can make Mutton Ginger also.
