Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce is a sweet and spicy stir fry sauce made with red chillies, garlic and rice vinegar, delivering bold flavour with a balanced chilli kick.
Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Recipe
Serves 2-3
You'll Need:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g chicken breast
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced
- A handful of mangetout
- A handful of baby corn
- 1 pouch Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
- Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice
Method:
1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
2. Stir fry the chicken for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
3. Add the spring onions, mangetout and baby corn and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with steamed rice.
Vegetarian Recipe
For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the chicken with tofu, tempeh, plant-based pieces or additional vegetables such as broccoli, peppers and mushrooms.
