Serves 3-4 Amigos 10 Mins Just add 150g grated mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese 1 avocado, roughly smashed 1 red chilli, chopped (optional) Cherry tomatoes, finely chopped 100 ml soured cream Handful fresh coriander Classic Nachos 1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted ovens), gas mark 4. Spread half of the Crunchy Nachips™ Tortilla chips in a medium sized baking dish. Squeeze over one sachet of salsa and half the cheese. Repeat with chips, salsa and cheese. 2 Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Top with avocado, chilli, tomatoes, soured cream and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
