What You Need - 300g Beef (diced) or 250g Tofu (diced) - 120g Potatoes (pre-cooked & diced) - 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Cook in 3 Simple Steps: Ready in 15 Mins! 1 Add the oil to the hot pan & fry the paste with a tablespoon of coconut milk (3 mins). 2 Add the beef and stir with the paste to coat (4 mins).
