Preparation and Usage

Preparation Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan. Add 300ml (1/2 pint) milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 2 minutes. Cover and leave to stand for 2 minutes. The quantity of milk recommended produces a thick spooning sauce. More milk may be added should you require a pouring consistency. To Microwave Follow preparation instructions and place in a non metallic oven proof dish, cover and microwave on full power for: Cat B 650W 3 minutes. Cat E 850W 2.5 minutes. All cooking appliances vary in performance, the timings given above are guidelines only.
