Preparation and Usage

Turn those brownies upside downies How to bake it 5 mins prep 15 mins bake For 12 brownies 75g melted unsalted butter 100ml water 20g honey Make it Vegan: 75g veg spread or veg oil 100ml water 20g agave nectar Easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tin (e.g. 22cm square) with baking paper. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the butter (or veg oil), water and your liquid sweetener. 3. Add your brownie mix to the wet mixture. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 14-16 minutes. Top-tip: for fudgy brownies, remove from the oven after 14 minutes! Once ready, let it cool (put the kettle on while you wait), then cut into 12 pieces and decide who deserves to share them with you. Bake it your own The best bit about baking? The recipe is just the start! Want to chuck in a bit of this or a drizzle of that, in there? Go for it, baby. So roll up your sleeves, use our bakes as your base and get stuck in. Here are some ideas to get you started... Top it! Sprinkle on some nuts and raspberries or just slather on some peanut butter. Remix it! You could also top with tahini, your favourite biscuit, marshmallows, icing sugar or ice cream. Transform it! You can bake our brownies inside a pie crust, or use them to construct a small, edible house for a mouse. Makes 12 brownies

Storage

Store the mix in a cool, dry place. Once made, store in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
