Preparation and Usage

Serving suggestion: For a hearty mushroom risotto, sauté chopped onions, garlic and chestnut mushrooms until soft. Add the soaked and drained Porcini Mushrooms, thyme leaves and risotto rice. Mix the soaking liquid with vegetable stock, then add to the risotto pan a little at a time until the rice is fully cooked. Sprinkle with parmesan and extra thyme. Preparation instructions: To rehydrate, soak in 300ml of boiling water for 30 minutes then drain and cook in your favourite recipes. The soaking liquid can be used as a flavourful stock, however should be strained before use.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from humidity. Once opened, store in an air-tight container.
