680 g Cream cheese, softened 1 Jar Strawberry Fluff 3 Tbsp. flour 2 Eggs 113 g Butter 250 g Digestive biscuits Mix melted butter with crushed biscuits and line a 23cm pie tin. Mix cream cheese, flour and Strawberry Fluff. Beat on low until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs just until blended. Pour onto pie base. Bake in 177°C oven for about 45 mins. Let cool for 1 hour and refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh Strawberries, whipped cream or nothing at all!
