Preparation and Usage

Top Tips Thinly slice leftover boiled potatoes and add to omelettes. Freeze leftover mashed potato in bags and use it for bubble and squeak or shepherds pie topping. Keep hold of potato peelings, sprinkle with salt, pepper, chilli or whatever flavour takes your fancy and pop them in the oven. Free crisps the children will love. Advice Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Wash fruit and vegetables before use.

Storage

Store in the fridge at 2-5°C to keep fresh for weeks longer. If it still looks good enough to eat, it is!
