Preparation and Usage
''I'd love some perfect Porridge Oats'' You will need: 250ml water or 200ml of milk/milk free alternative To microwave: In a microwave bowl, stir the water or milk/milk free alternative into 40g of oats. Cook for 3 minutes on high (800W), stirring half way through. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving to achieve a thick, creamy texture. To cook on the hob: Simmer in a saucepan with water or milk/milk free alternative for 3-7 minutes.
