Recipes

Overnight Oats You can use either banana or chocolate milk for this. Ingredients 100g Rolled oats A Pinch of cinnamon 100g Banana or chocolate milk A pinch of salt 4 tbsp Natural yogurt 50g Sliced banana 1 tbsp of Nut butter or chocolate spread Method The night before serving, mix together the oats, cinnamon and milk with the pinch of salt. The next morning loosen with the yogurt and a splash more milk if needed. Top with banana and chosen nut butter or spread, and finish with honey or a handful of berries (optional).
