Preparation and Usage

Serving Suggestion: Semolina pudding: Combine 355ml milk, 235ml water, 300g sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Melt 115g butter over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 165g semolina, a little at a time. Cook until the semolina browns slightly. Then stir in the milk mixture, a little at a time. Continue to stir until mixture has thickened, Serve hot or cold. Chopped nuts can also be added if desired.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Best before: See front of pack.
