Preparation and Usage

Serving Suggestion High heat 1 - 2 minutes. Stir fry meat or vegetables of your choice. Add contents of sachet and stir until thoroughly heated. Recipe Hoi Sin beef noodles Serves 2 Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add 250g thinly sliced frying steak and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 sliced red onion, the sauce sachet and 100g cooked medium egg noodles; stir fry for a further 3 minutes. Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve immediately. Alternately use any meat, seafood or vegetables of your choice. Ensure beef/ chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
