Recipes

Just add 500g chicken fillet, thinly sliced 100ml soured cream 1 Avocado, chopped Crispy lettuce 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced Classic Fajitas 1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle the chicken over high heat for about 4 minutes or until thouroughly cooked. Sauce it up with the cooking sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes or until it smells yummy. Combine the soured cream and the topping mix, then set aside. 2 Heat the tortillas: Microwave: Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts). Open the pack and separate tortillas. Pan: Heat a pan and toast the tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides. Wrap in a tea towel to steam. 3 Load the tortillas with lettuce, chicken, avocado, cucumber and creamy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy! Top Tip Add a twist to your fajitas by replacing soured cream with natural yoghurt.
