Italian style Cheesy Chips Ingredients 850g Aviko SuperCrunch (1 bag) 150g / 1 piece of Mozzarella 100g Vine tomatoes Fresh Basil, roughly chopped Description 1. Prepare the Aviko SuperCrunch Oven Chips, following the instructions on the packaging 2. Once the chips are cooked, place them in an oven dish, top with thinly sliced Mozzarella and sliced tomato 3. Place under a hot grill until the Mozzarella has melted 4. Sprinkle with roughly chopped fresh basil Tip Serve with a pesto dip; combine a tablespoon of pesto with two tablespoons of mayonnaise Serves: 3-4 Time: Preparation: 10 mins Cooking time: 25 mins Difficulty: Easy
