Cranberry Blackcurrant lime spritzer Ingredients: Serves: 1 240ml Ocean Spray® Cranberry Blackcurrant Juice Drink 60 ml sparkling water Lime wedge, garnish Directions: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Cranberry Blackcurrant Juice Drink. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge. Blackcurrant Mint lemonade Ingredients: Serves: 8 1 litre Ocean Spray® Cranberry Blackcurrant Juice Drink 20g pack of fresh mint leaves, washed Lemonade to taste Directions: Combine approx. 1/3 of the Cranberry Blackcurrant Juice Drink with the mint leaves in a large plastic or glass pitcher. Crush the mint leaves against the side and bottom of the container with a wooden spoon. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in remaining Cranberry Blackcurrant Juice drink and top with lemonade, to taste. Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with extra mint leaves, lime slices and fresh blueberries, if desired.
