Preparation and Usage

You will need: One medium egg; 30g unsalted butter; 30ml water; Baking tin. Baking time 20 mins Makes 12 Baking Instructions All cooking appliances vary, these instructions are given as a guide. Step 1 - Prep Preheat oven to 180ºC/160ºC/(fan assisted)/Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a baking tin. Step 2 - Mix Place contents of sachet into a mixing bowl. Add 1 medium egg, 30g of melted unsalted butter and 2tbsp (30ml) water, stir until just combined. Step 3 - Bake Pour the batter into the prepared tin and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes. The brownie should be slightly springy on the outside but still soft in the middle. Step 4 - Cool Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin. Once cool, remove from the tin and cut into 12 squares. And... Enjoy!
