Our love for making pâté started over 35 years ago in Kirkcudbright. Today we continue to use carefully selected British suppliers and are immensely proud of our reputation of being one of Scotland's finest pâté makers. The lowlands and forests around Dumfries & Galloway are home to all manner of wonderful flavours. A rich and diverse supply of natural heathers, Scottish smokeries and local producers provide the inspiration for our traditional recipes, allowing us to dip into the larder on our doorstep.
