Preparation and Usage
Meal Suggestion Tandoori Chicken Skewers with Lentil Dahl - Fry a white onion lightly in oil until soft. - Add a tablespoon of madras curry paste and a teaspoon of a mango chutney - stir and cook for 2 minutes. - Add a can of green lentils, a teaspoon of tomato puree & a can of coconut milk. - Simmer for 15 minutes on a low heat until sauce is reduced and thickened. - Serve with tandoori chicken skewers.
Storage
