Preparation and Usage

Before use, rinse frozen fruits under water. Advice Thawing guidelines - For best results defrost in a refrigerator. Remove from packaging, thaw for 9 hours in a refrigerator. Alternatively thaw for 2½ hours in a cool room. Use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. Preparation Guidelines Rinse fruit before use. Eat as a snack, add to desserts such as fruit salads, sorbets, pancakes, or use in recipes such as muffins, jams and pies.
