Preparation and Usage

Preparation: Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of lightly salted boiling water (1kg pasta for 10L water), cook for 7 min or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain and serve. Double cooking: Cook for 5 min in lightly salted water, then drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for min. 2h. Reheat 40 sec in boiling water/ 2 min in fully steamed combi oven at 100°C.
