Preparation and Usage

Unsalted butter & water Ready in 12 mins Makes 6 cookies Cooking instructions All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. 1. Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add 25g of softened unsalted butter and 15ml (1 tbsp) water. Mix well until the mixture forms a soft dough. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, rolling each piece into a ball and place on a greased baking tray. 2. Press each ball down gently to form cookies, ensure they are 5cm apart. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden on top. 3. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before placing on a wire rack.
