Preparation and Usage

Recipe suggestion: Beef with Black Bean & Green Peppers Serves 2 Shopping list - just add: 100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 200g beef steak, 1 green pepper, 1/2 tin of Blue Dragon Water Chestnuts. Method: 1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack. 2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. 3. Add the sliced beef steak and stir fry for 2 minutes. 4. Toss in the sliced green pepper and the water chestnuts and fry for another minute. 5. Add the pre-cooked noodles and this sachet of sauce and heat through. Serve immediately. For best results make sure your wok or frying pan is very hot!

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
