Preparation and Usage

How to achieve the perfect Earl grey tea brew Place one tea bag in a cup or mug Use freshly boiled water (re-boiled water loses oxygen, oxygen helps bring out the flavour in tea). Allow to stand for 3 minutes or until the desired strength is achieved. Add sugar, milk or a lemon slice to taste.
