Preparation and Usage

Easy pasta preparation - serves 4: Bring 2 litres of water to a boil. Add 200 g Explore Cuisine Black Bean Spaghetti. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes. Rinse, drain and serve.

Organic Black Bean Spaghetti with vegetables & tofu in a savoury sauce Ingredients - serves 4: 200g organic black bean spaghetti 150g cherry tomatoes roasted with provencal herbs in a dash of olive oil 100g tofu cubed 60g red cabbage finely chopped 4 baby sweet peppers finely cubed (seeds removed) 4 small radishes finely sliced 2 spring onions sliced 40g beansprouts Thyme for garnish Ingredients - sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp water 40 g sugar 2 cloves garlic crushed 5g ginger finely grated Cooking Instructions: Pasta: prepare according to above instructions. Sauce: bring water and soy to boil add sugar, garlic & ginger, mix, simmer for 5 minutes. Add olive oil, stir well. Fry herbed tomatoes for 10 minutes. Mix gently together all ingredients and pasta with sauce, garnish with thyme - serve warm.
