Preparation and Usage
Simply Sanchi! It couldn't be more Simple! For soup, pour 250ml of boiling water over one sachet and stir. For terrific stock, use two or more sachets to your taste. We don't use thickners or binding agents in our Miso soup. Both the broth and vegetable are delicious and perfectly natural. Watch as you add hot water and stir, then leave for a couple of minutes, you'll see the soup forms a light coloured broth that naturally separates just as it does in a Japanese restaurant.
