Scrambled Eggs Ingredients: 50 g Easy Egg™ 250 mL Water 2.5 tsp oil Method: 1. Whisk Easy Egg™, water and oil in medium bowl until blended. 2. Spray large non-stick skillet with oil. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture. 3. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking - lifting and folding eggs until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. 4. Remove from heat. Serve immediately.
