Rude Health Super Fruity Muesli
The fruit we put in this muesli has ripened and sweetened in the hot sunshine. The seeds come from pumpkins and sunflowers that soaked up rays all summer long.
Come autumn they all get harvested and mixed into our blend of smooth oats and toothsome barley and rye flakes. Each spoonful of soft, succulent fruit and high-fibre crunchy grains will have you riding a wave of pleasure for the rest of the day.
We choose our ingredients like we choose our friends: we like them wild, nor refined.
Fruit has a lot more to offer than sweetness. Apricots have zing, dates bring richness and squidge. They're also high in all kinds of good stuff like fibre which slows down your absorption of calories, meaning you've more time to boogie off the energy. Take that, refined bland white sugar.
How we like it
This muesli just can't get enough fruit, so we really go over the top.
Grate apple over it, make it with fruit juice rather than milk. Pile it on!

Preparation and Usage
Too precious to spill. Cut the bag with scissors, then lift the bag above the box before you pour. Remember: lift before you pour. Tinker, tailor, soldier, sailor. Because this muesli is made with real fruit and grains, you may find the odd piece of husk or seed. Sorry. Like fruit? Then you'll like our Fruity Date porridge, where the fruit is hot. The dates go all caramelised and melty through the whole bowl.

So tuck in. And store in a dry place.
