Preparation and Usage
How we like it If you've only ever made porridge with milk, try it with water and a pinch of sea salt. It's really delicious. If you're more maximal than minimal, it's a wonderful base for nuts, fruit, seeds and a blob of cream. Instead of a two-oat porridge, go for a triple with our new Oat Drink. It's a dairy-free alternative that heats up beautifully. Cooking Instructions (Serves 1) 1 cup porridge (50g) 2 1/2 cups milk or water (250ml) Pinch of sea salt if you like In a Pan: Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Pour ingredients into a bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Cook for a further minute, then stir. Leave to cool and thicken for 2 minutes.
Storage
So tuck in. And store in a dry place.
