Preparation and Usage
Preparation All cooking appliances vary, the following instructions are guidelines only. Preheat the oven to 200°C /180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. 1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a medium sized bowl. 2. Add 200ml of cold water, stir well and leave to stand for 5 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. 3. Using lightly floured hands shape into 4 burgers. 4. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 10 minutes. 5. Alternatively heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the burgers over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned.

Recipe suggestion Meat Free Burger Buns with Potato Wedges Ingredients for 2 servings 1 sachet of Granose Meat Free Chargrill Style Burger Mix 2 large potatoes 30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil 4 burger buns 1 large sliced tomato Crunchy lettuce leaves A jar of your favourite salsa Salt and freshly ground black pepper Method 1. Prepare the meat free burgers as directed on the pack and keep warm. 2. Wash and dry the potatoes, but don't peel them. 3. Cut the potatoes into wedges, place on a baking tray, drizzle over the olive oil and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown 5. Assemble the burgers in buns, top with salsa and serve the potato wedges hot from the oven on the side.
