How to Make the Perfect Espresso This is how we do it: Always use fresh water. We'd recommend adding 1 heaped dessert spoon per cup to your coffee maker. The rest is up to you. This coffee is especially suited to espresso machines but can be used in all types of coffee makers. Alternatively, add frothed milk for a delicious long coffee such as a cappuccino, latte or macchiato
