Rye & Malt

This carefully crafted rye and malt edition of Shortcross Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery.

Created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley.

Double distilled on our copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland.

Aged in a combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Non-chill filtered all natural colour. Bottled at 46% ABV for optimal flavour and aroma.
