A Recipe to Make Chicken Curry Serves Two Ingredients: 170g Diced Chicken (or one large chicken breast) 55g Diced onion (or one small onion) 55g Garden peas (or approximately half a cup of peas) 85g Mayflower Curry Mix (approximately 1/3 of contents of this box) 1 Dessert spoon of vegetable oil 16 Fluid Ounces (460ml) of cold water Method: Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry the chicken for three minutes. Add the onion and peas and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the wok/pan and keep warm. Add water to wok/pan. Stir in the curry mix. Whisk until the sauce comes to the boil. Reintroduce the chicken, onion and peas. Lower the heat and simmer for two minutes stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
