Preparation and Usage

Important: Remove label and wash the Roasting Tray before use. During cooking, always support the base of the Roasting Tray when moving and take care as the tray may contain hot juices. Salt and acidic food may occasionally attack Bacofoil® products causing holes and discolouration. To prevent this from occurring, lightly coat Bacofoil products with cooking oil prior to cooking. Do not allow Bacofoil® products to come into contact with a naked flame or electrical heating elements.
