Crispy Chilli Chicken 2 portions of Chicken with Attitude Crispy Golden Shredded Chicken 1 Green pepper, diced 1 Carrot, finely sliced or grated 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil 200-250ml sweet chilli sauce Cooked jasmine rice to serve 1 scallion, cut in fine strips Cook the chicken strips according to the instructions. Over a medium high heat, fry the green pepper and carrot in the oil for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat, add in the sweet chilli sauce and warm in the pan with the veg. Add the chicken strips and toss well to coat in the sauce. Serve on a bed of rice and garnish with the scallions.
