Southern Style Chicken Ranch Flatbread Ingredients (serves 1) 1 Chicken with attitude southern style fillet 1 Flatbread Curly lettuce: 1 cup Red onion: 2-3 slices, finely sliced Chargrilled peppers: 7-8 slices Chargrilled corn: sprinkle (from 1 mini corn on the cob) For the Ranch Sauce: Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp Sour cream: 1 tbsp Fresh chives (finely chopped): 1 tsp Cook the southern style chicken fillet according to the packet instructions. Chargrill the vegetables: Heat a chargrill pan and cook the peppers and mini corn for 3-5 minutes, turning until lightly charred. Slice the corn kernels off the cob once cooked.
