Preparation and Usage

Frozen uncooked unfilled puff pastry cases, ready to bake. Contains 18 vol-au-vent. Crispy till served To keep your vol au vent cases crisp, make sure you only add the filling up to an hour before serving. Party time Savoury vol au vent fillings can be hot or cold, making them perfect for a party; any time of year! This product is raw and requires cooking. Small black spots may be present in the pastry. This is bran which is naturally occurring within the flour and will disappear during cooking.

Storage

Once baked, the cool pastry cases can be stored in an air tight container for up to 2 days - great for planning ahead! Keep frozen at -18°C. Keep frozen until required for use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. For best before end: see front of pack.
