Donegal catch crunchy and golden fish tacos Ingredients: - 1/2 pack of Donegal Catch Breaded Fish Goujons. - 4 small tortillas or flatbreads. - 3-4 baby gem lettuce leaves. - 4-5 cherry tomatoes, sliced. - 2 radishes, sliced. - Pickled red onion. - 2 tbsp of garlic mayonnaise. Method: Cook the goujons according to the instructions and warm the tortillas. Spread a little mayonnaise on the tortillas and dress with lettuce, tomatoes, radishes and red onion. Add the fish goujons and serve immediately.
