Shredded baby gem lettuce. 2 handfuls of peppery rocket. 3-4 tbsp of tartar sauce. Pickled red onion. Method: Cook the goujons according to the instructions. Spread the tartar sauce on the baguette and dress with the lettuce and rocket. Add the fish goujons, top with the red onion and serve immediately.
